Audio From a Lollipop

Cristina Molina created the installation she calls Crystal Video. This installation is described as an "interactive audio-visual installation that transmits sounds directly into participants heads." Audio is transmitted directly into a persons head once they bite down on a lollipop. The article describes this process as sound traveling from the crystal base on the lollipop to the jaw and into the ear. So I'm assuming they have a small microphone inserted into the base of the lollipop and sound waves are able to move and transfer sound through the parts of the body until it gets to the inner ear where sound is processed. I think only one person was involved in this project, the artist Cristina Molina, and I'll estimate about 6 months of work was put into creating this instillation.
